The efficiency of social workers in the application of quality standards for the social integration programs for children of Asperger's syndrome in centers of people of determination from perspective of the community organization method

The research aims at assessing the efficiency of social workers in applying quality standards for integration programs children with Asperger syndrome people disabilities centers from perspective community organization method through identifying general characteristics working Syndrome children, nature how well have been applied terms standard ethical, professional and competitive necessity, defining challenges facing desired vision developing children. study used descriptive-analytical method, comprehensive survey was 60 Ajman, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah. found a number results, most important which is that level competence all Asperger's determination obtained total 3807 weights weighted relative weight 70.50%, this indication considered moderate indication, as it lies between (3001 - 4200), indicates proficiency moderate. Among recommendations benefits successful international experiences programs.
